U403 Emergency shut-valve

U403 Series Emergency Shut-off Valve are installed on fuel supply lines beneath at grade level to minimize hazards associated with collision or fire at the dispenser. If the dispenser is pulled over or dislodged by collision, the top of the valve breaks off the flow of fuel. Single-poppet models shut off supply flow, while double-poppet models shut off supply as well as prevent release of fuel from the dispenser's internal piping. The base of the Emergency Valve is securely anchored to the concrete dispenser island through a stabilizer bar system within a U-Bolt Assembly. Valve inlet (bottom) connection are female pipe threads and outlet (top) connections are available with female threads, male threads, or a union fitting. Other options include suction system models with a normally closed secondary poppet which maintain prime, and models with external threads on inlet body which connect to secondary containment system.

Materials:

Body: cast iron(Spray-paint)

Surface: electronic Nickel plated

Seal : Buna-N O-ring

Features :

Flow rate: 0- 120 L/M

Working pressure: 0.2Mpa

Valve closing speed: 0.5s

Lowest shut-off temperature: 75 â„?

Medium: water, gasoline, diesel, and kerosene

Operating Environment: -30 ~+55degree

Fire Protection- a fusible link trips the valve closed at 75 to shut off fuel

supply to the dispense.

Integral Test Port - a 3/8" Test Port allows the piping system to be air tested

without breaking any piping connection.

Low-Profile Tops- Female and Union-top double-poppet valves have a low-profile top to allow upgrading from single-poppet valves without changing existing piping.

100% Factory Tested.

other part of pipeline. 3.4. Important notices to maintenance Switch off the power supply to ensure safety; repairing a container to collect pipe oil. Carefully protect the joint face in case that waste goes into inner part when disconnecting and reassembly. Clean all components before reassembly. The tightness of bolt of upper cover should be even, installed catercorner. It is suggested to adapt even strength to install other bolts and nuts in case to damage the thread of frame. Article III Measurement transducer The fuel dispenser adapts cubage flow meter composed of measurement transducer and indicator device in accordance with the stipulation of metrological regulations on fuel dispenser of P.R.C.JJG443. Measurement transducer convert the cubage signal of oil passed over into digital signal, then into pulse signal via electric sensor. Finally, transmitting pulse signal to indicator device in where the oil volume passed over measurement transducer is indicated. Flow meter generally includes two parts--- measurement and indication, but it is often regard flow fuel dispenser meter only has measurement function before the new appraisal regulations promulgation. Obvio fuel dispenser usly, the new regulation is more scientific and accurate in the definition of measurement transducer. Measurement transducer is core component of fuel dispenser. The most basic and important technical parameters are measure accuracy, environmental adaptability and reliability. Its performance depends upon structure parameter design, material choice and manufacturing quality. The correctly usage and maintenance of course fuel dispenser are the important condition for measurement transducer operation. Domestic fuel dispenser manufacturers now adapt two kinds of measurement transducers that divided by the model of piston. The following will introduce these two kinds ---- metal-piston measurement transducer and soft-piston measurement transducer. Metal-piston measurement transducer This kind of measurement transducer is adapted by most of manufacturer of fuel di

quality objectives complement other objectives of the organization such as those related to growth funding profitability the environment and occupational health and safety. The various parts of an organizations management system might be integrated together with the quality management system into a single management system using common elements. This can facilitate planning allocation of resources definition of complementary objectives and evaluation of the overall effectiveness of the organization. The organizations management system can be assessed against the organizations management system requirements. The management system can also be audited against the requirements of International Standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. These management system audits can be carried out separately or in combination. 2.12 Relationship between quality management systems and excellence models The approaches of quality management systems given in the ISO 9000 family of standards and in organizational excellence models are based on common principles. fuel dispenser Both approaches a) enable an organization to identify its strengths and weaknesses b) fuel dispenser contain provision for evaluation against generic models c) provide a basis for continual improvement and d) contain provision for external recognition. The difference between the approaches of the quality management systems in the ISO 9000 family and the excellence models lies in their scope of application. The ISO 9000 family of standards provides requirements for quality management systems and guidance fo fuel dispenser r performance improvement; evaluation of quality management systems determines fulfilment of those requirements. The excellence models contain criteria that enable comparative evaluation of organizational performance and this is applicable to all activities and all interested parties of an organization. Assessment criteria in excellence models provide a basis for an organization to?

issue, while ignoring Israel s nearby arsenal. It s like Dick Cheney hunting quail but shooting his friend instead, joked a Saudi columnist. Stark as they are, differences between America and allied Arab governments, across the range of issues on Ms Rice s agenda, mask a degree of convergence. Egypt, for example, says it agrees that Hamas should meet such conditions as accepting previous Palestinian peace commitments, recognising Israel s right to exist and renouncing resort to violence. Egypt s government, stunned by the strength of the Muslim Brotherhood in recent national elections, dearly wishes to thwart the political advance of closely related Islamist groups such as Hamas. What Egyptian officials fear is that too much pressure, too soon, could drive Hamas into further extremism. Instead of making threats, say the Egyptians, outsiders should bolster Palestinian institutions that are not run by Hamas, such as the presidency of Mahmoud Abbas, and give Hamas itself time to sort out a more practical, less ideology- bound position. “I m sure Hamas will develop, fuel dispenser will evolve,Egypt s foreign minister, Ahmed Abul Gheit, said at a joint conference with M fuel dispenser s Rice, “We should not prejudge the issue. As for internal reform, the signs are that it is America that is muting its demands. Last time Ms Rice was in Cairo, in June, she appealed for Egypt to lead the region in democratisation. Since then, Egypt has held presidential and parliamentary elections, but both were marred by massive fiddling. In recent weeks, Egypt has jailed a candidate who challenged Mr Mubarak for t fuel dispenser he presidency, summarily postponed local elections due in April, mounted pressure on judges who protested against vote-rigging under the country s notorious emergency laws. During the elections some 1,500 Muslim Brothers were arrested; most were set free quite soon, but a score or so remain behind bars. The Bush administration has responded by suspending talks on a bilateral free-trade agreement. Yet in Cairo Ms Rice c
